Enable OpenMP

At the moment OpenMP is disabled in DDalphaAMG (-DOPENMP is removed by the patch patches/Makefile.patch).
Having it would cause issues (segfault).

TODO:

• investigate those issues
• try to fix them
• enable back the flag and add tests
