[FEATURE] Put eletronic providers in the same group as eletronic locomotives

Train stuff is located in the logistics crafting group, including rails, signals, stops.

Describe the solution you'd like
Eletronic providers should be together with the trains.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is no sensible alternative as crafting recipes can not be moved in the UI without mods.

Additional context
Please consider adding explicit compatibility with transport group mod

I could move them, but I personaly prefer them in the tab they are now.
Also the support for the mod, needs to be done by the other modder.
