Occupancy parameter in ionization rate functions #401

Dear all,
I have noticed the introduction of the occupancy parameter for the PPT ionization rate since Luna 0.5 (PR: #363). However, this was not introduced for ADK, for example. For internal consistency of the code, it would be good to know if the current implementation assumes an occupancy of 2 also as default. If it does not, would it be interesting to standardize this for the different models?
As far as I understood, the 3 references in the code for the PPT model do not mention the spin degree of freedom at all (because they always write the ion. rates of hydrogen-like atoms). Would you have another reference in mind that explicitly states it? This would also make the implementation more consistent.
