Stack size changes are not respected when stacking ground items

When an item is in Stackie's config to change its default stack size, the mod changes the value in the inventory only, but stacks items on the ground together beyond the new stack size. When items are removed from the config, they stack in the inventory and on the ground to the correct stack sizes.

This issue originated from Brycey92/Galaxy-Craft-Issues#35.
