When I pull the code down and run locally through VS I only get the json template without the infor filled in.

I'm a web developer so forgive my inexperience with the platform but I can't figure out how to get this to run locally.

I'm hoping to contribute to the project in some way, whether by updating config files or building in some more tools after the json is generated.

Are there some settings I need to have in my offline environment for this to work when run through VS?
