Missing pytdoa/

Hello, I'm interested in trying with your LMF implementation. 
However, the docker image is not able to be built since the pytdoa folder is missing and you have this in your Dockerfile:
```
COPY pytdoa/ LMF/pytdoa/
```
Did I miss some of the installation steps?
