add override for lua 5.4 rolling back ipairs ignoring __ipairs to extras
so proxies made against ENVY extras are consistent between lua 5.2 (Hades 2) and 5.4 (Risk of Rain Returns)
this must be reconsidered within the migration of RoRR's Return of Modding to its configuration of luajit rather than lua 5.4
