Do we want a document of Resources about LRL work?

We have a repo for software, but do we want a repo with a document about conferences, or publications or projects or grants which deal with Low or Under resourced languages?

I think this would be a great idea! Publications could be a BibTeX file, I think. The others could be in a Markdown file.
