Apertium

Maybe find a way to include all the LRL stuff in Apertium, there are many packages including morphologies + part of speech taggers / bilingual dictionaries and more for many low-resource languages.

That would be cool to do! Apertium is awesome, but I've never been sure how to properly surface it on this list. Ideally, this should be searchable, but I don't want it to become a shadow of Apertium's libraries, because then you get a syncing issue and links quickly go out of date. If there are specific repos that people suggest I'm happy to link them.

I think I do have a link to Apertium in the list in general, already. Perhaps we could add a link to places to look for other resources, and throw it in there?
