Fast Forward Issues

It looks like the fast-forward feature isn’t working as expected. I have the maximum speed set to 2x in the Front End options, but when I run most GBA games, especially Pokémon, in mGBA, the debug overlay shows the speed is defaulting to 5x instead. No matter which settings I change, it seems stuck at 5x. I’d like to slow it down to around 2x while playing on the Brick Hammer.

Tryed every option and I think there is a workaround.

Atleast worked for me:
Go to option > frontend

1. Toggle cpu speed to normal
2. Max speed ff x2
3. Core sync - screen
   Go to option > emulator
4. Toggle dynamic recompiler - disabled
5. no sprite limit - disabled
6. frameskip - disabled

What seems to fix and limit to x2.

If you change audio settings in Pokémon unbound to lower and disable audio background, the workaround does not work.
This is frustarating, but this is what I found.

Im afraid I wasnt able to get this to work for me. Tested on Pokemon Radical Red and Heart and Soul
