Failed to open TR2 data folder

I've tried to install the randomizer on an installation of TR2X. To be precise, it was a fresh installation of TRX 1.2.2 on Windows 10, using the installer. In order to install TR2X, I used the Steam version. I then started the game once shortly, so it would create all files that are created when first starting the game.

Here's the error I received when trying to open the data folder using the randomizer tool:

This version of TRX isn't supported yet - you will need to use 1.5.1, Please see the guide notes below.

Ah, that makes sense. I can see now, that the USING.md is even linked below the installation process. I guess, I was a little bit blind-sighted there.
Though, I wonder, since USING.md contains the Prerequisites, it might make more sense to link it before the installation and not after "Play and enjoy!". Or one might even list checking the prerequisites as part of the installation, since, well at least in my opinion, that is part of an installation.
