Streamgrid 1.2.1 dmg file damaged

When trying to open the dmg file (downloaded version 1.2.1) an error message appears displaying the message "the file is damaged and could not open, move the file to the bin"

@LordKnish Same issue here using M2 Max. I was able to get it to with with the x64 version. But I am pretty sure that just runs it through the Rosetta translation layer.

Sadly the same issue after using the arm based Mac .dmg installer:

So weird because it works fine on my wife's arm m4 Macbook air. Let me conduct more testing.

Is it perhaps something apple security related?

@StephenShamakian can you try running
xattr -l {path to streamgrid.app} and send the output? It may be getting quarantined by apple security since it's not signed

Ah, looks like it:

Usually it tells you its been downloaded from the Internet and to go to "Settings > Security" to allow it. It didn't do that, but I did check that location regardless to make sure and I didn't see any allow button.
