Show actual team names instead of only team IDs in account list

In the account list / switch UI, teams are currently shown as team #1, team #2, etc.

For users who belong to multiple teams, the numeric ID alone is hard to map back to the real working team or workspace. This makes it difficult to quickly identify which account belongs to which team.

Suggested behavior:

• Show the actual team/workspace name when available.
• Keep the numeric identifier only as fallback or secondary metadata, for example: Acme Team (team #2).

Why this matters:

• Easier to distinguish accounts across multiple teams
• Reduces switching mistakes
• Makes account-to-team relationships immediately recognizable

Current example:

Expected examples:
04 Acme Team team ...
04 Acme Team (team #2) team ...

To ensure a smooth user experience, team data is fetched in the background. Team names will appear starting from the second execution of the command.

Show the actual team/workspace name when available.

Due to the initial local-only design, retrieving the team name was previously impossible. Now, by enabling the API (codex-auth config api enable), we can fetch it directly from the chatgpt.com web API.
