[Feature] Trigger capture on arbitrary URL on current context #1200

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We can only trigger a subsequent capture on a URL that is found on the rendered page, but in a case like #1199 we want to trigger a capture on a URL we extract from a PDF, which is not on the current rendered page.
Describe the solution you'd like
Start with a free-form field in the subsequent capture modal, find a way to automate that, potentially in pandora, later on.
