Suggestion - Have hose/nozzle spawn with command only and retain extinguisher

We've had several of our LEO complain that they cannot RP using a regular extinguisher anymore. Would it be possible to have this where the extinguisher still works as normal and if you want the hose/nozzle, you can do the /hose to get it and then /hose again to put it away and not interfere with the extinguisher at all (or only have it replace the extinguisher if you have done /hose and if you do /hose again to turn it off, you are back to the normal extinguisher? Even when on duty as FD, there is many times where we would just use an extinguisher instead of pulling a hose line.
