Replace current named entity links #94
Description
Deprecate the following two functions in includes.php:
namedEntityLinks()
linkedSearches()
These are triggering PHP errors when they hit non-syntactic HTML.
Replace old system of free text search on named entities with human-curated links to entities in new data tables (People, References, etc.).
