See for example layer 116 to 117, there is this change:

-photos.updateProfilePhoto#f0bb5152 id:InputPhoto = UserProfilePhoto;
+photos.updateProfilePhoto#72d4742c id:InputPhoto = photos.Photo;

However, it shows like this:
