If decline to buy a region, should they be reprompted? #17
Description
Currently when you move into a region that you do not own, and you have enough money to buy it, a dialog opens asking if you would like to buy it. If you decline, the dialog will open again once you move some threshold amount.
Instead, should you only be prompted if you leave the region and come back? Probably.
Maybe once you decline, you should never be prompted again unless you make some action like long-tap the region.
