Add cloud storage support for the `localobj`

We want to have the ability to create monitoring jobs with our Squeryl tooling so that users can set it up and have Squeryl handle the reporting, monitoring and pulling of changes.

• Figure out the best way to store and retrieve the local object from "the cloud"
