once a lender lend a loan, a borrower should receive the push notification.
once a repayment is completed, both borrower and lender should receive the push notification

Push notifications will be sent through frontend.

Integrate sdk into frontend
Send message from frontend
Use react hook + api to receive notifications as receiver
