Add simple plotting macros for matplotlib

We'd like to make it easy to achieve simple plotting tasks for newcomers to PySB. Some initial ideas for macros/functions:

• Plot trajectories of all observables or a specific one
• (Longer term) Integrate with BNG visualization tools
