copr-ci: make artifacts not have sub directories

Description

Currently the copr-ci artifacts are nested within subdirectories. This should be removed as it will solve the following issues:

• Sunshine release event will not update the release with rpms as they are currently nested
• It's annoying for downloading and testing PR artifacts to navigate the nested directory structure
