Can I add a Seitek throttle to Live Flight Connect OS X in addition to a Logitec joystick?

I think it should work - whilst it may not say on the Joystick tab that you have both interfaces connected, the lower-level HID interface should pick it up (there's a delegate which handles changes for any joystick:
