On oculus these were all installed in /usr/local/
On newskycam, many seem to be mixed betwen /usr/ and /home/eng/indi instead

On oculus the camera drivers were installed from a third party repository using apt.
  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mutlaqja/ppa
  sudo apt-get install kstars
  sudo apt-get install indi-full
On newskycam they were installed by IAS. I am not sure how or where from. Bug 2251 seems to
suggest indi was already on that machine and we are simply using the existing version. Not
sure how old that is.

Also need
  sudo apt-get install ntp
  sudo apt-get install ssh
  sudo apt-get install saods9
  sudo apt-get install nfs-common

Edit /etc/rc.local to make root start the server as user eng on boot:

	su eng -c "/usr/bin/indiserver -p 7264 -l /icc/log/ -vvv /usr/bin/indi_sx_ccd"  1> /icc/log/indiserver_log.txt 2>&1 &

Previous versions of the data transfer script (ari_xfer_inst) used 'lockfile' which is part of procmail
but I do not want to install procmail just to get a lockfile handler. Instead the lockfile is
beind converted to use 'lockfile-create' and 'lockfile-check' which are ubuntu defaults.

Binaries and scripts included in this directory
Place all in /usr/local/bin/

lmst		Prints current LMST
		Build from C src and place in /usr/local/bin/.
			gcc -o lmst lmst.c -lm
		Version exists in this directory or may be found in ltdevsrv:/space/home/dev/src/Time/lmst.c

filename	Binary generates an [atz]_e_yyyymmdd_ etc filename
		Build from C src found in this directory and place in /usr/local/bin/.
			gcc -o filename filename.c
		Loads of compile warnings because if a change in the POSIX compliance of the headers, but
		it builds and works OK.

ari_xfer_skycam	Approximately the same transfer script as does all the science data on occ
		but updated for the skycams.
		Uses one of the following, depending on which camera
			/usr/local/etc/xfer_oculus.cfg.
			/usr/local/etc/xfer_newskycam.cfg.

purge_skycam


Other configs

xfer config file shoulod be in /usr/local/etc as described in ari_xfer_skycam above

Create RSA key using ssh-keygen and copy the public key into lt-qc:/home/data/.shh/authorized_keys2
