通过设置缓存区来加快同步速度 #48
Description
在保留原有上传方式，在配置文件里面增加一个加速上传。具体就是用户自行指定一个路径作为缓存区并指定缓存区的大小，先全速下载使缓存区即将填满，然后校验文件，校验通过后再全速上传
