Check updates twice, forced to download twice

Using lisk-nano 1.3.1, when I check updates, it proposes me to download the new update, when I do, it proposes me to restart or do it later.

Expected behaviour

If I click do it later, and later I re-click on "check updates" I expect it to propose me to restart now,

Actual behaviour

It forces me to re-download the new version.

Steps to reproduce

Install lisk nano 1.3.1.
Click on Help -> Check updates -> Download now. Restart later. After the download is completed, clikck on Help -> Check updates.
