Add warning / calculation about voting

For instance, if the user has 20 lisk, and they click on the voting tab, there should be a notice saying.

"By voting you will be spending 1lsk, the balance you have would net you less than that over the next 2 years, perhaps this is not such a great idea right now"

If you want to take this further perhaps using something like biolys http://tools.mylisk.com/calculator.php to show the user the real earnings from voting for certain members.
