Tracking issue for standardization of SquadAuto

Rollout plan:

• Rollout on AoE
• Let other wikis test, fix arising issues
• replace commons SquadAuto template
• remove old wiki template overrides

TODO:

• Cache transfer data in variables (part of feat: Standardize SquadAuto #5523)
• Fetch captain from variable (r6)
• Read enrichments/overrides from SquadAutoRow (part of feat: Standardize SquadAuto #5523)
• Limit manual additions to SquadType.STAFF (part of feat: Standardize SquadAuto #5523)
• Position conversion
• Position order
• Position filter (instead of roles)
• Limit time period for "new team" in former squad
• Ignore "rebrand" transfers

Bug (also found with the help of Ronan):

When a transfer in and a transfer out is made on the same day (as announced by their respective clubs), the new team of the coach/player is not shown properly on the FormerSquadAuto of the Team Page
