FR: Replace the brush icon with a proper button

This feature request is to replace the brush icon with a proper button with proper text like "Display UiX Editor" or something along those lines.
The brush-icon seems like a improper aligned icon right after the "Code editor weergeven" button, although they are 2 very different things.
Making this a proper ha-button would make the UI more consistent/uniform and a bit more distinguished from card-mod (which is not a bad thing), but let it flow nicer into the overal design of the UI.

Actually the brush is to say that there is uix applied, and to see it use the code editor.

Making this a proper ha-button would make the UI more consistent/uniform and a bit more distinguished from card-mod (which is not a bad thing), but let it flow nicer into the overal design of the UI.

uix is edited in code editor, which is what the stock button is for. That is why a brush is added. It could be that a UIX icon is shown after the button to show that uix is applied in the yaml code. Does that work for you?

if I may, given the icon on the button( so not a separate button at all) is to indicate UIX is being applied, maybe make it a bit more festive? It is magic being applied

or maybe the palette, related to theming

I use those myself

and to me they indicate the magic of UIX.

If you say you'd be able to move that icon out of the button and straight into the dialog itself, that might be a nice solution too, though in al honesty, not sure if that makes the world of difference.
it would keep the original button neat, and thus not interfere with Stock design, which might be more robust going forward (less maintanance if the team decides to change this UI)

@Mariusthvdb I will wait to hear from OP before further comment. To me as is is fine, and from your response alone, to change is just going from something some people may like to something others may like. I doubt this one will please all.

I would have suggested that but wasnt sure that could be done. Even better yes.

My idea was to have more like a badge with an icon like "auto-fix" on the button itself...
It would make it more clear that it is an addition to the code, which sprinkles the magic around instead of standard/core functionality. But it looks like you disagree with me, and you're not very fond of that idea itself according your comments here.

It’s not disagreement, just working through while providing a default position. You said in your post that the premise is to separate out as it does a different action, but it doesn’t. It would only show the code editor as well. There is no way to just edit Uix without editing the all yaml. So that’s why I suggest an icon as a button makes no sense.
