Description

Clients must hold XLM to pay transaction fees even when paying in USDC. This creates onboarding friction (need to acquire XLM first) and increases abandonment rates.

Current State

All users pay their own fees.

Proposed Solution

Implement Fee Bump Transactions (SEP-29) where freelancer sponsors the ~$0.000001 fee.
