Don't repeat anything from official MatFlow docs

Once LightForm-group/matflow-user-documentation#23 has been completed, we should remove any duplicated information from this wiki so that there's a single point of reference.

I guess any standard "everyone does this" information should be in the main docs, and only UoM- or group-specific tasks and configuration opeions should be in here?

Does that mean the general configuration steps should be in the main docs, and CSF specifics should live here?

That would be my thinking, yes. I'm now working on LightForm-group/matflow-user-documentation#23 where I'm transferring everything from that repo either into the offical docs, or into the wiki if it's CSF specific, or more hand-holding how to create and use a venv type stuff.

LightForm-group/matflow-user-documentation#23 now has a PR waiting a review hpcflow/matflow#333, so this issue is blocked until that PR is merged. We can then start removing duplicate information from this repo.

I guess we can list what things should be removed/edited on the wiki and make a PR to merge when the offical docs PR has been merged.

Priority bits done, the Wiki might have some repetition but htat is internal only, so less important (and researchers can tidy up)
