Does not appear to support WP8.1

I am getting the following error when installing the package for a WP8.1 app:
Error Could not install package 'lightbuzz-smtp 1.8.0'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets 'WindowsPhoneApp,Version=v8.1', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that framework. For more information, contact the package author.

This lib is more oriented for win10 uwp (I think)
