Custom Path Destination

I know this is pretty old, but I would like to ask if it would be possible to use the installer with a custom path. This would help me get rid of the Oculus Store and still use the game.
Is there a way for me to compile the Installer itself using a path that I can specify?

This could solve my issue as well, having installed the Oculus Store app on my D: drive.
