App process is running in Task Manager but no window appears (Windows 11 23H2)

When I launch LibreScore.exe, the process appears in the Task Manager (status: "Running") but no GUI window shows up on the screen.

Restarted the process and the system
Attempted to run the app without Administrator privileges
and i have never used any Windows "debloater" scripts or system

Are you referring to the installer file "LibreScore.exe", or the program executable after installing
