App won't display nor work (Windows 10)

For some reason, trying to open the app doesnt work, i thought that, but when i tried deleting the folder it said it was using it, and then i checked task manager and the app is running

and it appears on the task switcher

Why is this happening, it's the latest version

Try downloading the LibreScore.zip file from the latest release's assets, then unzipping it and running librescore.exe directly

Nop, same issue
with latest zip

tried with "Librescore.exe" but the installer doesn't open when i press yes
other installers can do it, but it still produces the same issue

it definetly is a issue with my PC
but what could it be?

Did you use some sort of so-called "debloater" on your PC before?
