Benchmark blas flags. #56
Description
Recently, I've dropped the blas-src dependency as the app was not compiling. This connects to the way ndarray wants things sorted. So basically, it's working now, but I should benchmark to see if blas is actually linking (openblas-src is still a dependency and the 'blas' option is still on in ndarray).
