[Suggestion] Add win/loss to stats embed

If possible, not sure if SquadJS records the data necessary, but it would be cool to show wins/losses and the ratio. For some players, that is more important/relevant than KD, particularly those that squad lead or command often.

How would you handle players that leave before the end (which represent a significant portion of the playerbase given the game's lengths) ?

Would it be possible to only record the win/loss if the player was present for more than, say, 60% of the match duration?

If not, then I would say just counting it regardless would be best as it would leave little room for cheating to get a higher win/loss. Not counting people that leave would lead to “Looks like you’re gonna lose? Just leave the match” sorta things for people that care about it.

Also, if possible, I’d suggest requiring a player count for the match to be greater than at least 60 players to count towards the win/loss as you don’t want to count seeding matches.

I think it is possible, I will do my research and try to reproduce a querry that is close to what you ask.

So after I did made some research on Squad Logs and SquadJS it looks not so promising.

With the current Squad version it would be possible to implement it since the sides are constant and are not a factor that could change. So I can just grab the object that I made for SquadMaps where all information for each layer is saved (like who is teamID 1/2) and use it as guide to determine the winner on each match. All sounds OKAY until SquadV2 😨.

SquadV2 will make the layers a lot more dynamic which means the factors that I was talking above wouldn't be constant anymore.
Therefor I'm not going to bother my time in making something that would be useless after couple of weeks. 😞

SquadJSv2 will show on which Match a player did die/kill/wound but like I mentioned Logs are showing SIDE NAME where RCON shows TeamID (1 or 2) and after Layer Overhaul is on place there would be with what I know now no way to determine and link those two things.

I don't know what could happen with SquadV2 tho but for now it looks way far to be possible to implement.
However I will not close this ticket since who knows what SQUADV2 (or V2.1) will bring us 👍

Appreantly you can do that easly on SquadV2 they bought a lot of rcon logs so once we have SquadV2 I will implement this 👍

Great to hear, how do you plan on handling early leaves? Is my first suggestion valid? (count if player was present during x percentage of the match)

I can't say something 100% sure but I will implement something against that issue for sure 👍
