About and Contact pages - Uploads

• About page with information from markdown file.
• Contact page that allows users to send messages to the admin dashboard
• Allow users to upload galleries through the contact form (via link or direct upload) and show it on admin dashboard.

Before allowing users to upload, there would need to be an expansion on the user roles, like an "uploader" role or something of sorts
