Error from the prod server, which ended up getting emailed to the error inbox. Happened today (6/30), at 4:28 pm, and also on 3/28, 12:29pm.

There was an error in the CourtFormsOnline application.

The error message was:

Exception: The end result of the background action was the seeking of the variable direct_inspection_email, which resulted in asking this question: 'You can send your inspection request directly to Chelsea Inspectional Services'

The interview was docassemble.HousingCodeChecklist:data/questions/housing_code_interview.yml

The external hostname was apps.suffolklitlab.org

Going through other error emails, looks like there are a few more variables this happens on as well:

• wants_discovery (asked the "Proving your case" question, most recently happened 6/18, 12:49pm)
• users[0].mailing_address.address (asked "What is your mailing address?", most recently happened 6/4, 10:02am)
• bad_conditions['common problems'].details['roach_insects'].condition_ended (asked "More information about cockroaches", happened 6/27, 9:13pm
