Form filter

Thank you for the amazing tool!

I'm having trouble figuring out how the Form filter works.

For example, I tried with Maushold Form with value "1" and no hit was found in over 10+ K tries (regular Maushold, not even shiny).

Is the regular form 0 and then increment for the next forms? Is it linked to a Serebii database, ..?
