"Old Widget Hover Text Colours" breaks disabled buttons

when you have "Old Widget Hover Text Colours" enabled, it makes disabled buttons have white text

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. enable that option
2. look at the disabled button (like undo)

it should not do that

• version: 1.21.11
• animatium: 3.0
• modloader: quilt 0.30.0-beta.3 (i can't remember what version of fabric it is but i'm pretty sure it's at least 0.18.4) (also this doesn't matter cause it happened before i was on that)
