Add TOS/Support/Contact Us to the About page

This one should be fairly straight forward. Edit the [about component](https://github.com/jointheleague/Gateway-Mockup/blob/master/imports/ui/About.jsx) to add support and or contact us links. A terms of service may be overkill for the demo, but maybe a simple "don't sue us" message will suffice.
