Description of issues

I'm using Chrome on a Mac (OS Sonoma 14.5).

This isn't really an issue with this article, but the table of contents isn't legible if font-size is increased/zoomed in. I use the large font size setting in browsers, and the table of contents gets cut off on the right and can't scroll to show the full length of contents.
