Move toward's PMG 2025.5.28 implementation of AFLOW for prototype finding

Currently we rely on a custom interface to connect between AFLOW's python wrapper and our library, however, new features have been pushed to PMG 2025.5.28 which include an AFLOW prototype matcher. We should move towards this.
