TODOs for property targeting metrics:

Property proximity and success rate have been implemented for bandgap targeting. https://github.com/LeMaterial/lematerial-forgebench/blob/feat/conditional-generation/src/lematerial_forgebench/metrics/conditional_generation.py

1. Need to integrate bandgap property targeting into conditional SUN
2. Still need to determine other interesting downstream tasks to target here! Is proving a very challenging problem at the moment.
