Idea: Add more functionality to settings page, similar to FLE3

I would like to continually improve and refine the KT descriptions shown over time as better ways to express these ideas are created. FLE3 had a setting page where one could customize the sentence-starter, name of KT, description, color and icon for each knowledge type. Of most pedagogical importance is the ability to adjust the sentence-starters, name (of KT) and its description. Thanks!
