Feature request: force download of new chain w/o wiping data

I want to ensure I'm on the newest version of a certain chain. Instead of nuking everything (wallet data, etc) I want to only re-download the applications.

Indeed -- we could perhaps have the trashcan popup a window where it says

[ ] Also delete wallet
[ ] Preserve datadir contents (do not redownload chain)

both Unchecked by default

There is an extra path on each OS where binaries are stored.

macOS:
Library/Application Support/bitwindow/assets/

Linux:
.local/share/bitwindow/assets/

Windows:
AppData/Roaming/bitwindow/Bitwindow/assets/

These assets folders are also the only place where bitwindowd is stored and executed
