What is the point of "Extract Selected Mods To" and how to re-import the extracted mods?

"Import Mod" and "Import Order & Mod from Archive" fails to import mods extracted using this tool

How to share mods or reinstall the extracted mods?

I was going crazy with the "load order being reset externally" error and deleted all mods (to reinstall), and now, I can't re-import the backup i made and that i thought was fine xD
