Does anyone know how to permanently delete load orders?

I have a bunch of load orders that I want to delete. The problem is that every time I open up MM, the old load orders will reappear, even if I permanently delete them. I have tried to delete modsettings.lsx, but this is only a temporary fix.

Load orders as in, the various orders in the orders dropdown? They're located in wherever your "Orders" folder is set (in the settings), which by default is the "Orders" folder wherever BG3MM is.

No yeah I understand. What I'm saying is that whether I delete the load orders through the application, or through PlayerProfiles > Public, they will come back when I open the game. I have tried permanently deleting them, and I've tried deleting modsettings.lsx, but that doesn't work either.
