Some applications have no icon

For some applications the icon is not shown:

- UWP apps
- Elevated applications (not sure about this)

The API I use to retrieve the icon don't work with them.

I've seen a few workarounds that require elevation, which is a ridiculous requirement for getting an icon of a public installed app.
